Sellers

If you are a real estate Seller, you cannot advertise or "list" your real estate directly on www.AgenttestDrive.com; www.RealEstateAgentTestDrive.com; www.ControlledAgentAccess.com or any of our other passive information web portals for review by or sale directly to the general public.  We market and sell advertising materials and marketing services on behalf of our member Agents.  In general, although our representatives do show property photos to Licensed Agents in order to connect Buyers and Sellers directly with our member Agents, we do not assist members of the General Public directly with selling functions.  We do sell marketing tools which include, but are not limited to products such as grass seeds, résumés, signage, websites, domains, hosting services and M.L.S. Services (only through a Licensed Agent/Broker authorized to do so).   We are an authorized reseller of such products and services.  We do connect buyers and sellers directly to agents and do not perform real estate selling or M.L.S. listing functions.  Brokers, Agents, Buyers and Sellers may hire us as Marketing Consultants, but we do not perform any selling functions as we are paid Marketing Consultants.  Buyers and Sellers must either sell their own properties with the aid of our marketing tools or may use the services of Realtors and other licensed professionals.  

Buyers

We do not work with any real estate buyers or sellers. We do link/connect buyers to third party real estate agent websites or directly with our Member Agents. We will not discuss, by email or otherwise, any active real estate listings that are seen on any third party advertised real estate website.

We are is not responsible for the content viewed on any of its third party linked websites. We also advertise/market the services of mortgage companies, insurance companies and other real estate related entities located within the fifty (50) states of the United States of America.
